Ricky Nolasco will have season ending surgery to repair a torn menial meniscus in his right knee. Nolasco went 14-9 with a 4.51 ERA, 147 strikeouts, and just 33 walks in 2010. You can't argue with the decision to cut his season short, the Marlins are well out of the playoff race and there is no need to continue to put Nolasco in harms way.
